1. Services
RASAS Logistics provides last-mile delivery services for residential, commercial, and B2B clients in Oslo and surrounding regions.
2. Bookings & Quotes
All bookings are subject to availability
Prices shown are starting prices and may vary based on size, weight, distance, and service type
Quotes are estimates unless confirmed in writing
3. Customer Responsibilities
Customers must:
Provide accurate pickup and delivery information
Ensure items are properly packaged
Ensure someone is available to receive deliveries when required
4. Cancellations & Delays
Cancellations must be made in advance
We are not responsible for delays caused by weather, traffic, incorrect information, or circumstances beyond our control
5. Liability & Insurance
All shipments are insured within standard limits
RASAS Logistics is not liable for damage caused by improper packaging
Liability does not exceed the value of the shipment unless otherwise agreed
6. Prohibited Items
We do not transport:
Illegal goods
Hazardous materials
Items prohibited under Norwegian law
7. Website Use
You agree not to:
Misuse the website
Attempt unauthorized access
Copy or distribute website content without permission
8. Intellectual Property
