What is the pay structure?
Our pay structure is competitive and transparent. Drivers receive a base rate per delivery, with additional earnings based on distance, item size, and shift type. Performance bonuses and peak-time incentives may also apply. You’ll always know exactly how your pay is calculated.
Is a van provided, or must I bring my own?
We operate a fully electric fleet, and vehicles are provided for all active drivers during their shifts. You do not need to supply your own car or van. Our fleet is maintained regularly to ensure safety and efficiency.
What kind of shift availability do you have?
We offer flexible scheduling options, including full-time, part-time, weekday, and weekend shifts. Drivers can choose shifts that fit their lifestyle, and we regularly offer extra hours during busy periods.
Who can apply for this position?
Anyone with a valid Norwegian B-category driving license and a clean driving record is welcome to apply. No previous delivery experience is required — we provide full training. If you are reliable, customer-oriented, and comfortable using a smartphone, you’re a great candidate for this role.
